Iconiq Lab is an Initial Coin Offer and token launch (“ICO”) seed funding wallet and accelerator. We source, fund, develop and accelerate the best crypto, blockchain and technology startups to their own ICO. We create the best investment opportunities for Iconiq Lab token holders and the crypto markets.

The CTO Role

• Continually expand and develop the Iconiq Lab digital platform, helping build the world’s premier digital accelerator
• Oversee the development of Iconiq Lab’s ERC20 token offering and smart contract coding
• Assist in the due diligence process of program applicants by evaluating their technological solutions and deep-diving into their proposed solution’s technical feasibility
• Expand Iconiq Lab’s network of affiliates through networking and event participation
• Post-ICO, advise the development of the prototypes of the companies in the accelerator program or lend technical expertise to their platform development
• Research new DLT, blockchain and protocol coding languages, continually driving innovation within the crypto markets

Candidate Profile

• Highly enthusiastic about the crypto markets, venture capital, blockchain and new technology
• 3-5 years’ experience as a full stack and/or blockchain/DLT developer. Experience in Solidity, smart contracts and Dapps is a huge plus
• Mastery of the English language. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently and launch their own initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and critically, implementing new technological solutions seamlessly
• Superb networking and analytical skills
• Ability to lead teams and delegate responsibilities to team members
