Impact & ESG
How to invest sustainably in crypto? As a crypto ETP issuer, DDA facilitates climate-smart investing in crypto assets. DDA uses a transaction-based methodology developed by the Frankfurt School Blockchain Center to determine the carbon footprint of the crypto mining process linked to DDA crypto exchange traded products (ETPs).

Max Lautenschläger, MBA, CAIA
MANAGING PARTNER
Max, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of DDA, is a former management consultant where he advised Fortune 500 companies on digitalization, project management and IT integration. An angel investor himself, he transitioned into Private Equity with a €40-billion AUM group before beginning with a fintech company builder. He holds a BA in International Management, an MBA, is Harvard educated and completed the CAIA designation. Additionally, Max serves on the Supervisory Board of MLP, Germany’s largest independent financial advisory group.
Dr. Jens Bernhardt
MANAGING PARTNER
Dr. Bernhardt has a long track record with over 30 years’ experience in the financial industry, having worked as Managing Director and CIO for Zurich Group Invest Europe (Deutschland) GmbH, the asset manager of the German Zurich Group, and Skandia Life Insurance Germany. He was also a member of the supervisory board of Deutsche Wohnen AG and Managing Director and Chief Investment Strategist of Germany’s largest Family Office, Oppenheim Vermögenstreuhand GmbH. Jens holds a Diplomkaufmann-degree from the University of Bayreuth, an MBA-degree from the University of Cambridge and a doctorate from the University of Kassel.
Dominik Poiger, CFA
Senior Advisor
Dominik holds a CFA charter and has a proven track record in bringing crypto asset ETPs to market. He previously worked for a global top 10 ETF provider where he was instrumental in creating their crypto ETP platform in Europe. He started his career in asset management as an emerging market high yield bond trader and managed synthetic yield strategies. Dominik is a firm believer in the potential of crypto as an emerging asset class.
Martin Rudnick
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Martin is an experienced financial professional in the asset management industry, having worked for Arabesque as the Head of Finance, Germany, and as a Business Process Solutions Consultant for Grant Thornton for several years. Martin holds degrees both in Business Administration (Finance & Banking; M. Sc.) and International Account & Finance (M. Sc.).
Alexandre Coutouly
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER, QUANTITATIVE SOLUTIONS
Alexandre started his career as an algorithmic trading developer on the equity derivatives’ desk at Société Générale Since 2017, Alexandre has been responsible for many trading systems implementation in the crypto ecosystem. He holds a Master of Engineering from Ecole des Mines.

Romain is a crypto enthusiast, passionate about blockchain and new technologies. He brings his dynamism and his strong knowledge about digital assets at the service of our investors. Romain graduated from IESEG School of Management with a Master in Finance and Economy.
Syuzanna Avanesyan
HEAD OF MARKETING
Syuzanna is an experienced digital marketing professional with over six years of expertise in the crypto asset management sector. Areas of expertise include strategic and operational marketing, PR and media relations. She is responsible for translating business goals into successful marketing campaigns and creating authentic and lasting brand awareness.
Leon Ruhland
Financial Accountant
Leon is a financial accountant with a strong academic foundation in finance, having contributed to the finance department of DDA as a dedicated working student for a year and a half. He recently attained his Master’s degree in Digital Management, building upon his prior academic achievements in economics during his bachelor’s studies.
